– The CFTC issued a ruling against Uniswap, or more precisely, Uniswap Labs.

CFTC is the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. They accused Uniswap of illegally trading digital asset derivatives.

Uniswap has to pay a $175,000 fine and stop breaking the rules.

Looks like we need DeFi 10.0, with a headquarters located outside the U.S., unlike Uniswap Labs.
