As you know, yesterday, Mr Gensler, aka the SEC head, came to the court to explain the moves he made in the crypto space. Like, they accused Gensler of abuse of authority. 

What did we see: 

Nothing new, really. The most significant part of his show is the inability to answer if the Ethereum coin was a security or not. 

Senators will be able to lay Mr Gensler off. Let’s prepare some popcorn, ok?
