- As reported by The Block, the Ethereum "Pectra" update is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.

EIP-7251 will allow validators to stake 2,048 ETH, rather than the current 32 ETH.

In short, Ethereum's efficiency should increase, as operators will be able to manage fewer validators.

There will also be EIP-7702. It will allow users to manage fees more efficiently and should make wallets safer. In short, all for mass adoption and Ethereum ETF.
