Today, Gem City DAO has once again (how many?!) declared that scammers must be held accountable for their terrible deeds. This statement was made amidst news of increased crime rates in the metaverse. The Gem Police has promised to clean up before the next bull run.

So. Fragmint is the kind of NFT platform that wants to introduce a way of fractioning art so that multiple participants can own parts of it. The guys want to get the best of DAO, NFT, and DeFi and combine them. A kind of experiment. Now let's go through the cases:

Yes, the numbers are logical - after all, more and more inexperienced people are getting into crypto. Watch out; there's more crime in times of economic turmoil, so keep your eyes open.    

Algorand has decided not to abandon the orphaned TERRA developers and has set up a fund with an automated platform to help and relocate the victims.
  

The fund will allocate 1,000,000 Algo (about $400,000) on a first-come, first-served basis among TERRA developers who move their projects to the Algo blockchain. It's a good thing, and it'll pump up the ecosystem and put programmers to work.
