Elon Musk gets Twitter and censorship. Jack Dorsey gets Damus and freedom?

Today is Groundhog Day in the United States and Canada. Well, the groundhog is a funny animal. It lives in its caves, eats caterpillars and gets high. It would seem that what else does one need to be happy?|

But humanity needs more! As much as possible... Jack Dorsey is building an analogue of Twitter; btw it isn't so tied with censorship as its prototype. SUI is airdropping (probably) in the Aptos scenario. TON has
shown a considerable roadmap.

Mr Dorsey, the ex-Twitter CEO, has donated approximately 14 BTC to the Nostr protocol the project we'll speak about is built on. Meet no-censorship Twitter - Damus!

What makes Damus different from Tweeter?

- Resistant to censorship thanks to the Nostr protocol. The platform is in the hands of users

- It is possible to pay tips (donations) in BTC through the Lightning Network

What else is interesting?

- Damus made it to the top of AppStore in several countries

- Damus has its own Twitter account.

So what?

No pressing - no hype for such apps. If nothing terrible happens, these creations will stay the toys in crypto adepts' hands. Bear in mind the Audius case. 

Remember the Trump case? Donald developed his social media TRUTH thanks to Twitter cancelling. Tate Brothers and Sneako swapped Twitter to Rumble thanks to the cancelling too. Sorry for the tautology, but the need is needed.
