Donald Trump’s policies are finally enriching more than just his family: inflation is dropping, crypto is rising. All markets are reacting positively. And countries that seemed on the brink of nuclear war are now investing in each other, avoiding triple-digit trade tariffs.

The US dollar typically moves in tandem with bond yields, but there’s now a gap between these indicators.

This situation suggests one of two things:

The dollar is losing its traditional strengthOr the dollar needs higher rates

Ultimately, we face risks of a dollar decline. This is somewhat unsettling amidst such a positive backdrop, but it’s worth noting—let’s keep it in mind.
