– The main feature of the update will be EIP-4895: Beacon Chain Push Withdrawals as Operations

–  Validators who have been pushing their Ethereum into staking will now be able to withdraw it

–  Long-term ETH holders and stakers will be rewarded for holding and staking the asset.

Will Shanghai dump the $ETH price? 

Yeah, crypto cats will be able to withdraw their $ETH; that's why the thought it has all possibilities to dump the price appears first. Btw, staked amount of $ETH is only 0,8% of the daily volume. So: 

a) Analytical crypto heads are sure the price won't be dumped due to the low staked amount

b) Moreover, they are sure the Merge update will attract even more people to staking and, sorry, Satoshi, institutional would love it more as well. Because PoS is not so toxic as PoW for governments and Ethereum staking has a chance to become more prevalent in normies’ communities.
