The US says - "El Salvador, don't touch BTC"

US senators have introduced legislation. It requires the State Department to write a report on El Salvador's bitcoin law and develop a plan to "mitigate potential risks to the US financial system".

The name of the creation is "The El Salvador Cryptocurrency Accountability Act (ACES)".

In short, the US government sees bitcoin adopting El Salvador as a threat and is trying to circumvent it.
