W Dubai - The Palm and three Subway outlets in Germany have started accepting digital currencies as payment.

Five-star hotel W Dubai - The Palm has allowed guests to pay in Shiba Inu (SHIB). There is also another establishment in the city where guests can pay with crypto, but so far, only Bitcoin and Ether, which is Palazzo Versace Dubai.

W Dubai - The Palm has 349 guest rooms owned by Marriott International. The cheapest double room costs about $700, or more than 68 million SHIB tokens per night (at least for now).

The well-known fast-food restaurant Subway announced that three Berlin branches began accepting bitcoin payments. Accepting payments is part of an experiment designed to determine customers' interest in cryptocurrencies.

Daniel Hinze, the owner of one Subway location, admitted that he entered the bitcoin ecosystem five years ago. His interest in the asset increased in 2021 and 2022. Daniel claims that BTC could be a "better money system." Hinze has also tried to promote the coin over the years by offering a 50% discount to customers who pay for sandwiches in bitcoin.

The only question remains how many people promoting this idea in their business are crypto-enthusiasts. Well, they just use inexpensive advertising by adding crypto as a payment method.
