Cryptocurrency exchange Binance froze deposits of USDC and USDT in the Solana network

Today, the largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance temporarily suspended deposits of two stablecoins: USDT and USDC, on the Solana blockchain.

Just an hour ago, Binance announced temporarily freezing deposits on the Solana network of two popular stablecoins, USDT and USDC. 

So far, nothing is known about the timing of the freeze. We can only say that this event can have a negative impact not only on Solana itself but also on other networks/tokens.

Most likely, at this point, you should give up stablecoins on the Solana network or exchange them for stablecoins on other networks. Not financial advice, of course! But there are reports of freezes on other exchanges as well.
