Today, in 1984, the British miners' strike began and lasted one year. The miners of our time are self-employed: on huge farms using video cards, they mine cryptocurrency for us.
Crypto makes us free. That's why we love it so much.
Let’s go!
*FOMO sounds*
Jesse Powell, founder and CEO of cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, believes that BTC has virtually limitless potential for growth in dollar terms, and investors have no reason to sell it now.
He conceded that cryptocurrency could become a preferred means of capital accumulation in the near future.
"I think in the short term it will surpass gold as a means of accumulation. In that case, a million dollars per BTC in the next ten years is reasonable," Powell said.
The CEO of Kraken also suggested that prices will soon be set in BTC, and in the more distant future, a planet or solar system can be bought for it.
Speaking about the prospects for the exchange itself, he conceded that Kraken could enter the stock market next year, but that's not guaranteed.
You're full of sh*t, Davy Jones. Buying the planet for a bitcoin, Savvy?
Seriously, it could happen. Our grandchildren will study the history of crypto in cyber-schools and wonder why stupid grandparents didn't arrange mass-adoption earlier.
And you...buy Bitcoin!😉
