Visa and Crypto.com launch the Web3 program for fans for World Football Championship

Visa and Crypto.com have jointly developed the Visa Master of Movements project. The idea is to integrate soccer into digital art. The virtual event will be launched to coincide with the FIFA 2022 championship.

During the program, auctions will be held to buy themed digital art objects. Significant moments of games with famous soccer players are transformed in the NFT. Notable stars include Maxie Rodriguez, Michael Owen, Carly Lloyd, and others. The crypto platform plans to send the profits to a charity for children in Qatar. 

In addition to buying NFT, soccer fans will be allowed to join a virtual interactive community of fans. While participating in the program, fans can personally select their best moments and transform them into collectibles. 

Visa is actively developing in the crypto space. Users have already been able to conduct transactions with digital coins and tokens. The payment system plans to issue a cryptocurrency wallet and create mechanisms to verify digital coins.
