Gem City Waiting for Bull Run

Today the Gem City DAO offered to allocate 15% of the city's treasure fund to sponsor psychological help for Gem Hunters who are still waiting for a bull run. According to the Gem Doctors, empty waiting will lead to nothing good, only depression and neurosis.
