Project Sandbox has limited event access to a whole list of countries

Any event is unavailable to a reasonably extensive list of countries and individual territories, including New York State, Russia, Germany, and Australia. That's not the whole list.

So far, there has been no official announcement. Still, this information appeared on the Sandbox website with the rules of the events from the project here.

The list includes both sanctioned territories, as well as unrestricted cities and countries. By and large, it only affects giveaways because you can play, even with the verification of the country in the list.

But to participate in giveaways and draws is no longer possible. But until the end is unclear how everything will happen. Maybe the project will still decide to remove these rules so as not to raise FUD. 

On the other hand, maybe they didn't announce this information on the purpose and just put it in a long text of the rules, not to make a fuss.

FUD (Fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD) ) - is the dissemination of deliberately false or just negative news and facts to tarnish the project's reputation.
